Wedding Bells...
No, it is not what you are thinking. I am not getting married yet. I've just been asked by someone to play the piano at their wedding. I am really nervous. The wedding is July 28th (My birthday!) and I don't know what to play. I thought that they would tell me what they wanted and i could learn the songs, but they asked me to find some good songs! I have never been married, how should I know? After searching the piano bench I found the Bridal March, and the Wedding March from a Midsummer's night's dream, which I recognize and can now play. I need some serious help here! Do you have any good ideas for wedding songs? Any suggestion is good, I need somewhere to start! I'd like to hear your thoughts, please reply if you have any good songs! Time is of the essence!

End of School and other things to catch up on...
Hi!
I realize it has been a very long time since my last blog. Oh well. The last week held a few exciting adventures. Mostly I was bored with school. We started review for the French final, and it is going to be a difficult one. I need to re-learn my future simple, and also review passe compose (there should be accent ague's on those e's) I went to Courtney's and it was fun, we watched the holiday and had smores. It rained, and we only got an inch here, although around here there was anywhere from an inch to four inches. On the way back from Courtney's I danced really funny in the car and sang very out of tune to Respect by Aritha Franklin.
Today, Vanessa and I matched countries to people on the bus. Sherilyn is Australia, because she is a quiet loner, Chantel is Madagascar because she is forgotten and likes to party, Sarah Knaus is Ireland because she picks fights and is having mood swings, although she picked that one and not me, I would have chosen Iran for her. Trayce Pickering is North Korea because he is an outcast and a wierd guy, his sister is South Korea, because they fight. Regan Fick is Switzerland becasue he is quiet and doesn't fight anyone. My brother Christopher is China because he is friend with Russia and no one likes him. Russia is Cole Knaus becasue he is friends with China. Also he is violent and likes vodka! My brother William is the U.S.A. because he tries to keep the peace by starting fights and only causes more fighting. The best part is that I am Germany because I am misunderstood and want to take over the world, and Vanessa is Italy, becasue she is my buddy and she is a little angry person like Mussolini. Marla, the bus driver, is like the U.N. because she tries to maintain peace and order, but is not always able to!
Well, bye for now! I am going to go watch the Colbert Report!

O.K., I am calm now...
Greetings all!
Yes, the other day I was a little peeved about all that had happened, but I realize that life goes on, and that I have it pretty good, even if it seems bad at times. Today was good. Not much happened this weekend. There was a ginat bee in the tractor. My mortal fear is bees, so I freaked out. I crushed it under a peddle, but it survived, and then i dropped a hammer on it before it could get me! I was so scared! Then I went to St. Brieux with my dad, and we had a greeat time. We saw some hills and water. Great sights if you ever want to go up there, travel on the grid roads, it is fabulous! This all happened this weekend when I was working. It was Saturday and an axle broke on the cultivator. The only place we could get a part was St. Brieux, so we went there. Then we talked to a guy who thought that organic farming was the way to go, and he had some really good points, so we spent a lot of time talking to him. Then we got backi and had to fix the cultivator, which was not so much fun. Today was reletively a great day! I nailed the drama monologue and it was fun. Then we had a BBQ after school with some friends to celebrate the fact that we finally finished seeding!!! YAY!!!! I was also invited to Courtney's Birthday on Saturday. I got her a fuzzy bunny and a fuzzy kitty, they are great. The girl at the front counter at the drug store didn't say anything, but I told her that they weren't for me. Then I admitted I have a fuzzy kitty collection, and she looked at me funny. Finally, I denied that I had a collection. It was so funny, she looked really shocked! I took it home and got a shiny gift bag for it. I can't wait for Wednesday to give it to her! I really hope I can go to her house Saturday.

Worst Day of the Year
Today was the worst day of the year for me. When I woke up this morning, we didn't have any sewer. I couldn't shower and I had to brush my teeth into an ice cream bucket, my mom tried to hurry me along so my brother could brush his teeth and got mad when I was too slow. I went on the bus and the younger kids were being annyoing. First class, the loud kids in my class were all louder and more obnoxious than ever. Second period, my Drama teacher drove me insane and Kim was being very loud. Then everyone started bad mouthing the Europe Tour and how they said it would be boring and stupid. That made me mad. Then I realized that Mr. Grest, my favorite teacher left at LCHS was leaving. That made me sad. At lunch, not much happened, more bad mouthing of the tours and stuff like that. I lost a dollar when I fell off the bleachers. When we started class, I enjoyed a brief time of History, and then we had French, but Kelly was bad mouthing Daygan and I about being smart. When we got into groups Megan got all sad because I didn't pick her. On the bus, my brother and his friend were calling me names, and when I got home, my taste in music was insulted. Also my brothers didn't listen when I told then to do stuff, not like it was hard... Trim around the tombstones at the graveyard... do a good job of mowing... I was in charge of mowing the cemetary but they would not reaspect me at all. I feel I have lost the respect of everyone. I don't like the fact taht all my favorite teachers are leaving, i don't blame them, but I don't like the new teachers they bring in. Bring in a compotent teacher next time! I miss Mrs. Fowler and Miss. I. Our new full time principal is seemingly o.k, but you never know.
Well, I want to go to bed now. Tomorrow should be better. Or else!

Weekend
I did a lot of work this weekend and watched The Last King of Scotland. It was a good movie, although at time very graphic. I recommend watching it if you like movies based on historical events. Also, I played piano in church on Sunday and for some reason was very nervous durin ghte first song. I play the piano in church nearly every week, there is nothing to be nervous about, but there it is. I was invited to Vanessa's Saturday night, but I was exhausted so I didn't go. I planted flowers on Sunday after church. Then today we were going to film our French Commercial, but the camera didn't work so that was rescheduled for tomorrow. I am going to try to put the first French Commercial on the net, but I am not sure how. The grammar is not right I know for a fact. I think you would get a laugh out of it, though. Hopefully it works!
Talk to you later!

RISK Tourney! (And other events since Tuesday)
Yay!!! Yes, RISK tournament happened last Thursday. It was fun, but a little disorganized. there was a potluck and a lot of good food. And the best part besides the insulting and the yelling? BRENT WAS THERE!!! Vanessa, Mike and I all went down to Esso at lunch to invite him and he got off work and came to play! I did quite well. Another year of RISK completed, even if this year was a bit sporadic and not quite as permanent as last year. A note to Miss I, since you were not there to counteract Brent's powers, I am now firmly entrenched in his ranks. (Just kidding) Well, enough of that...
Since Tuesday a lot has happened. On Thursday, a band came to our school for Buddy Day. They were entertaining, especially considering that they were all students about my age and could play their songs that well. Some of the vocals could have used some fine-tuning, but there was a Swiss girl who had an absolutely adorable voice and, I'll admit, was quite cute. Cory Schultze and I both agree we are moving to Switzerland... Another intersting note, Mike and Courtney had a mutual break up, so they are no longer a couple. (Mrs. W/Miss I, If you are reading this and wondering why Courtney and I aren't dating, it is a strange story, but long story short, I screwed up, it is O.K. now, though, and maybe I can fix things like last year...?) (The wedding is postponed) (It is not completely my fault)Then we had RISK Tournament. After that I went to work for a couple hours, and earned some money. If you didn't already know, I am working for my father, and he is actually paying me! Then Friday we got a lot of homework, Megan left to go to Folk Fest (Mosaic) in Regina, and I am jealous, I really wanted to go! I worked in the field more. Yes, I get to drive the tractor, and all the girls think it is totally sexy... they are even kind of crazy about my farmer's tan! (It's a song)
Also, I took a very interesting and very funny Tibeten Personality Test and it really made me laugh. If you ever get the e-mail with it on it, take it, it is sometimes funny to see what your answers are. Finally, after four days I finally got back on the internet, I was sooo busy this last while and I really wanted to post on my blog! Sorry i don't have pictures from the RISK Tourny, but I need a digital camera.
Drama here is not nearly as good as it was last year apparantly from what Grade 11's have told us. Oh well, I was enjoyable sometimes. Oh, and today the grade 10's and 11's got called to the office, and the school is considering haveing a trip to Europe, and tour through London, Paris, and the Swiss Alps. I am totally excited! I really hope I can afford to go!
Au revoir tout le monde!
