It has been the most busy last month of my life. We have been combining non-stop for over a month, and now we are down to only eight quarters. I am so excited! The only thing that stopped us is the rain! I am not happy about that, although it gives me a chance to finally update this blog.
Risk has not started yet, but I hope it will soon. Also, I now realize that pie-ing Mrs. Saeloff didn't accomplish anything, we still won't have a play. I am really frustrated about that, but I am learning to live with it.
Right now I am on a wild rampage trying to write a book. I am having mixed success, and I have some days where my writing is sub-par and other days where my writing is exceptional. I am currently working on a backround story for a series of novels set in a futuristic galaxy. It is so much fun inventing things like dark energy and conceiving ideas for galactic events and politics, not to mention epic battles and intrigue as desperate people go to all ends to save what they believe in. I am trying to get away from "This side is good guys, this side is bad guys" and really blur the line between good and evil. There is not ever in reality a difinative line if you are doing what you believe is right. It will be up to the reader to decide which side to support!
